Banana Bread

This time I made Banana Bread. It was very delicious. I am finally getting the hang of the toaster oven and don't burn things every time I use it. 

Have been spending the week talking about Kindness in my classes. I ask the students what acts of kindness can they think of doing? It is amazing to see what they come up with. The interesting fact is that they are doing these things already. They are not doing big acts of kindness. They are doing little ones. They buy breakfast for their friends. They go get the hot water for their friends. Students do not have water in their dorm rooms, so they have containers that they have to fill up every day or so. Here is one of the videos I showed them. So far I have watched this about 8 times and I cried every time.
